تعیین و تبیین عوامل اثرگذار بر سیاست‌گذاری ورزش سلامت‌محور نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف این مطالعه تعیین و تبیین هر یک از عوامل اثرگذار در ورزش نیروهای مسلح ایران با رویکرد سلامت بود. سیاست‌گذاری ورزشی بدون بررسی جامع تمامی عوامل اثرگذار و میزان اهمیت هر یک از عوامل ممکن نخواهد بود.
روش‌ها: 20 مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 20 نفر از نخبگان نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران شامل 12 نفر از مدیران و فرماندهان و 8 نفر از نخبگان دانشگاهی انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری سه مرحله‌ای بر اساس نظریه داده‌بنیاد تحلیل شد. پژوهشگران با کدگذاری سه مرحله‌ای (کدهای باز، مضامین و مقوله‌ها) به­‌دنبال شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر سیاست‌های ورزش نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران بودند.
یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل داده‌ها 1316 کد باز به 5 مداخله اصلی شامل مداخلات حقوقی (767 کد، 58/3 درصد)، مداخلات محیط اجتماعی (269 کد، 20/4 درصد)، مداخلات ورزشی (162 کد، 12/3 درصد)، مداخلات محیط فیزیکی (110 کد، 8/4 درصد) و مداخلات فناورانه (8 کد، 0/6 درصد) طبقه‌بندی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: تحقیق حاضر نشان می‌دهد که مداخلات ورزشی یکی از مداخلات مستقل در سیاست‌گذاری ورزش سلامت‌محور در نظر گرفته می‌شود چراکه نیروهای مسلح فقط یک سازمان با مأموریت ورزشی نیست. همچنین، مداخلات فناورانه یکی از مداخلات اساسی در فعالیت بدنی و سلامت مبتنی بر ورزش محسوب نمی‌شود. این نشان می‌دهد که مسئله تغییرات مبتنی بر فناوری در فرهنگ نیروهای مسلح ایران هنوز به‌طور واقعی به‌عنوان یک مداخله اثربخش تلقی نمی‌شود. به­‌طورکلی عوامل اثرگذار بر سیاست‌گذاری ورزش نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران شامل مداخلات حقوقی، محیط اجتماعی، محیط فیزیکی و ورزشی است، که اهمیت مداخلات حقوقی نسبت به سایر مداخلات بسیار بیشتر است.
