مدیریت کاهش درد در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه (ICU): یک مرور سیستماتیک

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: درد یکی از پیچیده‌ترین فرآیندهای بدن انسان است که ابعاد مختلف جسمی و روان‌شناختی دارد. تاکنون مطالعات اولیه فراوانی در زمینه مدیریت کاهش درد در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه انجام شده است، ولی بر اساس دانش ما مطالعه‌ای که نتایج آن‌ها را در یک مقاله جمع‌آوری و بیان نماید، یافت نشد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مدیریت کاهش درد در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه به روش مرورسیستماتیک انجام پذیرفت.
روش‌ها: برای دستیابی به مطالعات مرتبط با هدف پژوهش، پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی SID، MagIran، Embase، PubMed، Scopus، Web of Science (WoS) و Google Scholar با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های Therapy، Interventive، Therapeutics، Therapies، Treatment، Effect، Management، Intensive Care Units، ICU، Pain بدون محدودیت زمانی تا شهریور 1400 مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. ارزیابی کیفی مقالات با استفاده از چک‌لیست CONSORT انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: در جستجو اولیه 7190 مطالعه یافت شد، که پس از حذف مطالعات غیرمرتبط با هدف پژوهش، در نهایت 56 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. با توجه به بررسی مطالعات می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که داروهای مسکن در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه به­‌طور قابل توجهی درد را کاهش می‌دهند اما اثر بخشی داروهای مختلف متفاوت است. همچنین روش‌های طب مکمل و طب سنتی مانند طب سوزنی، ماساژ درمانی، موسیقی درمانی، سرما درمانی و استفاده از گیاه اسطوخودوس می‌تواند در کنار داروها به کاهش درد در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه کمک کند. اما در خصوص تأثیر سایر درمان‌ها از جمله هیپنوتیزم، مدیتیشن و آموزش نیاز به انجام مطالعات بیشتری می‌باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که روش‌های درمانی طب جدید و طب سنتی مکمل یکدیگرند. لذا می‌توان در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه از آن‌ها به‌صورت مکمل جهت مدیریت درد بیماران استفاده کرد.
