اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت در کاهش وزن و افزایش خودکارآمدی سبک زندگی از طریق گروه مجازی: در طی اپیدمی کووید-19

چکیده

                                                        
زمینه و هدف: انتشار کووید-19 در سراسر جهان و قوانین منع رفت‌ و آمد ممکن است منجربه افزایش وزن و چاقی در افراد شده است. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت از طریق گروه مجازی در کاهش وزن و افزایش خودکارآمدی سبک زندگی مربوط به وزن است.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کاربردی از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با پیش و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل معادل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زنان دارای اضافه‌ وزن با شاخص توده بدنی بیش از 25 در شهر نیشابور در سال 99-1398 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 90 نفر از افراد واجد شرایط بود که به ‌صورت تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایش، کنترل لیست انتظار و درمان معمول چاقی قرار گرفتند. مداخله درمانی گروه آزمایش به ‌صورت جلسات درمانی شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت در گروه مجازی در طی 42 جلسه برگزار شد. برای سنجش خودکارآمدی سبک زندگی از پرسش‌نامه خودکارآمدی سبک زندگی مرتبط با وزن (WEL) که در سال 1991 تهیه‌ شده و برای سنجش وزن از شاخص توده بدنی (BMI) استفاده شد. نتایج فرایند اقدامات در ابتدا و پس از درمان به دست آمد.
یافته‌ها: تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 در سطح معناداری 0/05 درصد انجام شد. نتایج حاکی از تأثیر معنادار ICBT از طریق گروه مجازی واتس اپ بر کاهش شاخص توده بدنی (F (72,2)= 15/54, P < 0/0005 ,Partialη2= 0/30) و افزایش خودکارآمدی سبک زندگی P <0/04 ,Partialη2 =0.08)؛ (72,2) =3.31 (F در زنان با اضافه‌ وزن بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت از طریق گروه مجازی حتی با وجود انتشار بیماری همه‌گیری مانند کووید-19 که حضور منظم افراد به ‌صورت حضوری امکان‌ پذیر نیست بسیار نویدبخش بوده و می‌تواند موجب کاهش BMI و افزایش خودکارآمدی سبک زندگی مربوط به وزن در زنان شود.
