رابطه رفتارهای خودجرحی غیرخودکشی‌گرا با درد ذهنی در سربازانِ محیط‌های نظامی: نقش میانجی شفقت به خود

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای خود جرحی غیرخودکشی­گرا در محیط­های نظامی به ویژه در سربازان شیوع بالایی دارد و یکی از نگرانی­های اصلی سلامت روانی است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی شفقت به خود در رابطه بین درد ذهنی و رفتارهای خودجرحی غیرخودکشی­گرا در سربازان انجام شد.
روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی از طریق الگویابی مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل همه سربازان مراجعه­کننده به درمانگاه روانشناسی و روانپزشکی یک بیمارستان نظامی در شهر تهران در بین سال­های 1396-1397 است. از بین جامعه آماری فوق، تعداد 207 سرباز به روش نمونه­گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت­کنندگان پرسش­نامه­ خود آسیبی عمدی و مقیاس­های درد ذهنی و شفقت به خود را تکمیل کردند. داده­های به دست آمده، با آزمون­های همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نسخه 20 نرم افزار SPSS و Liserl-8.80 تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: رفتارهای خود جرحی غیرخودکشی­گرا با نمره کلی درد ذهنی (0/30r=، 001/0>p < /span>)، رابطه مثبت و معنی­دار دارد و با شفقت به خود (0/31-r=، 001/0>p < /span>)، رابطه منفی و معنی­دار دارد. شفقت به خود با درد ذهنی (0/56-r=، 001/0>p < /span>)، رابطه منفی و معنی­دار دارد. علاوه بر این، نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که شفقت به خود نقش میانجی را در رابطه درد ذهنی و رفتارهای خودجرحی غیرخودکشی­گرا ایفا می­کند
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج این پژوهش می­توان گفت شفقت به خود به عنوان عامل محافظت کننده در برابر اثرات منفی درد ذهنی عمل می­کند. بنابراین این عامل را می­توان در تدوین برنامه­های پیشگیری و درمانی برای رفتارهای خودجرحی غیر خودکشی­گرای سربازان در نظر گرفت.
