مروری بر برخی مداخلات مبتنی بر تغذیه در بیماری کووید-19

چکیده

کووید-19 بیماری عفونی نوظهور ناشی از SASR-CoV-2 با قابلیت همه‌گیری در انسان است. در حال حاضر هیچ دارو یا واکسنی برای این بیماری وجود ندارد. در غیاب درمان اختصاصی برای این ویروس جدید یافتن روشهای جایگزین جهت پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری ضروری است. داشتن یک سیستم ایمنی با عملکرد مناسب برای دفاع میزبان در برابر ارگانیسمهای بیماریزا ضروری است. سوء تغذیه در همه مراحل زندگی منجر به اختلال در سیستم ایمنی بدن می شود. ازطرفی پاسخ ایمنی به عفونت، خود عاملی برای اختلال در وضعیت تغذیه می باشد. کمبود برخی مواد مغذی منجر به نقص در عملکرد سیستم ایمنی می شود. برای عملکرد مناسب سیستم ایمنی، دریافت کافی ویتامین‌ها (A، D، Bs،C  و E)، املاح (سلنیم ، روی و آهن) و اسیدهای چرب بلند زنجیر امگا 3 از رژیم غذایی لازم است. بنابراین رعایت یک رژیم غذایی مناسب برای پیشگیری از ابتلا به کووید-19 توصیه می شود. همچنین پیشنهاد می شود وضعیت تغذیه ای بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 بررسی شده و بر طبق نتایج آزمایشها مکمل یاری مناسب در نظر گرفته شود.
