پیش‌بینی مؤلفه‌های درد مزمن بر اساس ذهنی‌سازی، تنظیم هیجان و همدلی در بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: درد مزمن از رایج‌ترین مسائلی است که جمعیت نظامی را به استفاده از مراقبت‎های پزشکی ترغیب ساخته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی مؤلفه‌های درد مزمن بر اساس همدلی، ذهنی‌سازی و تنظیم هیجان در بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن انجام شد.
روش‌ها: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و به روش همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن بویژه دردهای اسکلتی-عضلانی در بازه زمانی فروردین تا مرداد 1399 بودند که به کلینیک روماتولوژی بیمارستان بقیه‌الله (عج) در شهر تهران مراجعه کردند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 339 نفر بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به پرسشنامه‎های درد مزمن، همدلی، دشواری تنظیم هیجان و ذهنی‌سازی پاسخ دادند. پس از گردآوری داده‌ها، تحلیل آن با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSS  نسخه 22 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: میان هردو مؤلفه درد مزمن با متغیرهای پیش‎بین به جزء همدلی عاطفی در رابطه با مؤلفه شدت درد ارتباط معنی‌داری در سطح کمتر از 0/05 مشاهده گردید و بیشترین میزان تغییرپذیری توسط متغیرهای پیش‌­بین با ضریب تعیین 0/58 برای ناتوانی درد بود که 0/54 به دشواری تنظیم هیجان، 0/02 ذهنی‌­سازی و 0/02 به همدلی عاطفی اختصاص یافت و میزان ضریب تعیین برای شدت درد 0/43 حاصل شد که بیشترین تغییرپذیری مربوط به دشواری تنظیم هیجان 0/42 و سپس ذهنی‌سازی 0/01 بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با استفاده از نتایج می‎توان در قالب آموزش‌های روانشناختی در حوزه تنظیم هیجان و درد مزمن در راستای مدیریت سلامت و درد مزمن برای سایر اقشار در معرض خطر بویژه جمعیت افراد نظامی مبادرت ورزید.
