تأثیر درمان رفتاری-شناختی (CBT) بر تغییر سبک‌های حل تعارض پرسنل نظامی و همسران ایشان طی همه‌گیری جهانی کووید-19: یک مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی تصادفی سازی شده

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: پاندمی کووید-19 سبب افزایش تعارضات و تنش‌های فراوانی در میان زوجین و خانواده‌ها شده است. در این میان به تنش‌ها و تعارضات احتمالی در خانواده‌های پراسترس همانند خانواده‌های نظامی کمتر توجه شده است. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی تأثیر درمان رفتاری-شناختی بر تغییر سبک‌های حل تعارض پرسنل نظامی و همسران ایشان طی همه‌گیری جهانی کووید-19 انجام گردیده است.
روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی 66 نفر از پرسنل نظامی و همسران ایشان وارد مطالعه شدند و با روش تصادفی‌­سازی بلوکی به دو گروه آزمون (32n=) و کنترل (34n=) تخصیص یافتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش شامل فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و نسخه B پرسشنامه سبک‌های حل تعارض رحیم بود که در سه مرحله قبل، بعد و یک ماه پس از مداخله تکمیل شدند. درمان رفتاری-شناختی در طی 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای برای گروه آزمون ارائه شد. گروه کنترل در این پژوهش هیچ‌گونه آموزشی دریافت ننمودند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های تی­‌مستقل، کای‌­اسکوئر و دقیق فیشر در نرم‌افزارSPSS  نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد پس از اجرای درمان رفتاری-شناختی در گروه آزمون، میزان استفاده از سبک حل تعارض غیرسازنده به طور معنی‌داری نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش یافت (0/001>P). همچنین استفاده از سبک حل تعارض سازنده نسبت به گروه کنترل به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت (0/001>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: درمان رفتاری-شناختی سبب کاهش استفاده از سبک‌های حل تعارض غیرسازنده و افزایش استفاده از سبک‌های حل تعارض سازنده در میان پرسنل نظامی و همسران ایشان می‌گردد.
