بررسی تاثیر دوره آموزش نظامی بر حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی و ظرفیت کار فیزیکی دانشجویان یک دانشگاه نظامی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: در سراسر جهان، کاهش آمادگی جسمانی افراد چالش مهمی را برای نیروهای مسلح به منظور بکار گرفتن نیروهای نظامی آماده از نظر جسمانی ایجاد کرده است. از این رو دانش بهینه‌سازی عملکرد و سازگاری جسمانی افراد از طریق تمرینات جسمانی بسیار مهم می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تاثیر 8 هفته آموزشی نظامی پایه بر توان هوازی و توان جسمانی انجام گرفت.
روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی قبل و بعد می‌باشد که در جامعه آماری 39 نفر دانشجوی مرد سالم دانشگاه افسری نظامی انجام شد. توان هوازی و جسمانی در شروع وپایان دوره آموزش نظامی بر اساس پروتکل بروس مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. برنامه آموزشی نظامی شامل 8 هفته فعالیت جسمانی با تواتر پنج روز در هفته و هر جلسه به مدت 120 دقیقه بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمونt  زوجی در محیط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بین میانگین وزن بدن و توده بدنی قبل و بعد از برنامه آموزش کاهش معنی‌­داری وجود داشت. همچنین قبل و بعد از دوره آموزش نظامی بین حداکثر توان هوازی (5/09±56/81 و 1/76±71/65 میلی‌لیتر بر کیلوگرم بر دقیقه)، ظرفیت کار جسمانی (0/85±6/93 و 1/01±8/42 کیلوکالری بر دقیقه)، اکسیژن مصرفی (0/50±4/08 و 0/59±4/95 لیتر بر دقیقه)، حداکثر توان جسمانی (2/51±20/40 و 2/98±24/79 کیلوکالری بر دقیقه) و مدت زمان فعالیت (1/27±15/35 و 0/86±20/04 نیز تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0/001>P < /span>).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که 8 هفته تمرینات دوره آموزشی نظامی پایه میزان توان هوازی و توان جسمانی را نسبت به قبل از شروع دوره آموزشی بهبود و ریسک فاکتورهای قلبی عروقی را کاهش داده است. همچنین این برنامه آموزشی مهم‌ترین فاکتور در گسترش ظرفیت جسمانی افراد قبل از بکارگیری آن‌ها برای انجام وظایف مورد نظر می‌باشد.
