مقایسه شیوع سندرم متابولیک در کارکنان نظامی و غیر نظامی و ارتباط آن با سبک زندگی

چکیده

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف مطالعه تعیین و مقایسه شیوع سندرم متابولیک در کارکنان نظامی و غیر‌نظامی و ارتباط آن با سبک زندگی به منظور طراحی مداخلات مناسب جهت پیشگیری از بیماری‌های قلب و عروق است.
روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی)، 272 نفر از کارکنان مرد شاغل در استان ایلام، پس از ارائه رضایت‌نامه کتبی با تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ای روا و پایا شرکت کردند. نمایه توده بدنی، دور شکم، فشارخون و پارامتر‌های بیوشیمیایی (شامل HDL، تری‌گلیسیرید و قند‌خون) نیز اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS-22 و آزمون‌های توصیفی و آماری مناسب تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سن شرکت‌کنندگان 5/18 ± 42/8 و 56/99% دارای اضافه وزن یا چاقی بودند. در بررسی سبک زندگی، عوامل خطر مصرف پایین میوه، سبزی و ماهی بیشتر مشاهده شد؛ در اندازه‌گیری پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی، تمامی شرکت‌کنندگان تری‌گلیسیرید بالاتر از 150 میلی‌گرم در دسی لیتر و 66/54% HDL کمتر از 40 میلی‌گرم در دسی لیتر داشتند. بر اساس معیارهای پانل ارزیابی و درمان هیپرکلسترومی در بزرگسالان، 41/17 درصد کارکنان دارای سه الی پنج عامل خطر بوده و شیوع سندرم متابولیک در بین افراد نظامی 13/49 درصد و کمتر از سایر مشاغل بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: شیوع سندرم متابولیک بین شرکت‌کنندگان در مطالعه بالا بوده و بین سبک زندگی و شیوع سندرم ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد؛ به نظر می‌رسد سبک زندگی پرتحرک پرسنل نظامی، سبب کاهش شیوع سندرم متابولیک در آن‌ها باشد؛ لذا مداخله آموزشی با تأکید بر سبک زندگی سالم با هدف کاهش عوامل خطر بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی توصیه می‌شود.
