تأثیر تمرینات فرایندی عصبی، عضلانی و اسکلتی ریتمیک بر برخی عوامل فیزیولوژیکی و کیفیت خواب بازنشستگان نظامی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: تأثیر بازنشستگی به ­عنوان جایگاه مرحله مهم و نقطه عطف در زندگی شخص و اثر آن بر ظرفیت­ های مختلف فیزیولوژیکی و روانشناختی از جهات مختلف قابل توجه و بررسی است. از این رو ضرورت شناسایی روش­های مداخله در راستای افزایش سلامت جسم و روان در میان بازنشستگان اهمیت پیدا می­کند. بدین جهت، این مطالعه تأثیر تمرینات فرایندی عصبی، عضلانی و اسکلتی ریتمیک را به عنوان مداخله ورزشی بر بهبود برخی عوامل فیزیولوژیکی و کیفیت خواب و ارتباط آن­ ها بر یکدیگر را در میان بازنشستگان نیروهای نظامی بررسی نمود.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر طرح نیمه ­آزمایشی همراه با پیش ­آزمون و پس ­آزمون بود. به همین منظور 60 نفر از بازنشستگان نظامی (60 تا 70 سال) به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 30 نفره (آزمایش: 30 مرد و گواه: 30 مرد) جای داده شدند. طی 12 جلسه، هفته ­ای 3 بار در تمرینات فرایندی عصبی، عضلانی و اسکلتی ریتمیک شرکت نمودند. همچنین قبل و بعد از مداخله ضربان قلب استراحت، فشارخون سیستول و دیاستول، قدرت عضلانی دست­ها، انعطاف­پذیری تنه، تعادل ایستا و کیفیت خواب آزمودنی­ ها اندازه­ گیری شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که برخی عوامل فیزیولوژیکی همچون ضربان قلب استراحتی، فشارخون، تعادل و انعطاف ­پذیری، و خرده­ مقیاس­ های کیفیت خواب بعد از گذراندن جلسات تمرینی در بازنشستگی نظامی بهبود پیدا کرده است. اما، قدرت دست راست و چپ آزمودنی­ های گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه گواه تفاوت معناداری نشان نداد (05/0>P < /span>).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که تمرینات فرایندی عصبی، عضلانی و اسکلتی ریتمیک می­تواند با تأثیر بر عملکرد برخی عوامل فیزیولوژیکی و کیفیت خواب بازنشستگان نظامی سبب بهبود وضعیت زندگی آنان شود.
