تأثیر آموزش بین‌حرفه‌ای سلامت معنوی بر سبک زندگی دانشجویان نظامی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: شیوه زندگی سالم منبعی ارزشمند برای کاهش مشکلات بهداشتی و ارتقای سلامت، و بهبود کیفیت زندگی است. در مطالعه حاضر تأثیر آموزش بین حرفه‌ای سلامت معنوی بر سبک زندگی دانشجویان نظامی تعیین شد.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مداخله‌ای نیمه تجربی و در بازه­ زمانی بین اسفند ماه 1397 تا خرداد ماه سال 1398 انجام شد. تعداد 110 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر پرستاری و پیراپزشکی مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آجا به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تخصیص یافتند. مداخله آموزشی سلامت معنوی بصورت 2 کارگاه آموزشی (4 تا 6 ساعته)، برای گروه مداخله انجام شد. پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سلامت معنوی و سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده سلامت در مرحله پیش و پس آزمون توسط هر دو گروه تکمیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان­گر تأثیر معنادار آموزش بین حرفه‌ای سلامت معنوی بر سبک زندگی دانشجویان نظامی می‌باشد. بیشترین تأثیرگذاری برای متغیر مسئولیت پذیری در مورد سلامت و تغذیه با میزان اثر مشاهده شده 0/49 و کمترین میزان تأثیرگذاری برای متغیر روابط بین فردی با میزان t مشاهده شده 0/1 بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیر معنادار آموزش بین‌حرفه‌ای سلامت معنوی بر سبک زندگی دانشجویان لازم است مسئولین امر آموزش، جهت بازنگری و به روز کردن محتوا و برنامه های آموزشی درسی و گنجاندن مبحث "سلامت معنوی" اقدام جدی به‌عمل آورند.
