اثربخشی آموزش گروهی معنادرمانی بر کیفیت زندگی همسران جانبازان دچار اختلال استرس پس از سانحه

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: مراقبت از جانبازان دچار اختلال استرس پس از سانحه، دارای عوارض جسمی و روانی متعددی است که بیشتر متوجه همسران آنها می‌شود و کیفیت زندگی آنها را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین اثربخشی آموزش گروهی معنادرمانی بر کیفیت زندگی همسران جانبازان دچار اختلال استرس پس از سانحه بود.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. واحدهای پژوهش را 60 نفر از همسران جانبازان دچار اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در بیمارستان ابن سینا مشهد تشکیل می‌دادند که بر اساس تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی تقسیم شدند. ابزارگردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی 36 SF-بود که در سه مرحله قبل از مداخله، بعد و دو ماه بعد از مداخله تکمیل شد. مداخله شامل آموزش گروهی معنادرمانی در طی 9 جلسه بود.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی کلی گروه مداخله، از 8/3±84/1در مرحله قبل از مداخله به 5/1±88/4 در بعد از مداخله و 3/4±104/5در مرحله پیگیری دو ماه بعد تغییر یافته است که به طور معنی داری بیشتر از گروه کنترل می باشد (005/0< p < /span>). در گروه کنترل نیز میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی کلی در مرحله بعد از مداخله و مرحله پیگیری دو ماه بعد به طور معنی داری نسبت به مرحله قبل مداخله کاهش یافت (001/0< p < /span>).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش که مبین تأثیر معنا درمانی گروهی بر کیفیت زندگی است، می‌توان از آن جهت ارتقای کیفیت زندگی افراد جامعه، به ویژه خانواده جانبازان استفاده نمود.
