تاثیر به کارگیری راهکارهای ذخیره انرژی بر خستگی جانبازان شیمیایی مبتلا به اختلالات تنفسی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: خستگی یکی از شایع ترین و تضعیف­ کننده ­ترین علائم ناشی از بیماری­های تنفسی در جانبازان شیمیایی است که به طور گسترده بسیاری از جنبه ­های زندگی بیمار را تحت تاثیر قرار می­دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر به کارگیری راهکارهای ذخیره انرژی بر خستگی جانبازان شیمیایی مبتلا به اختلالات تنفسی انجام گردید.
روش­ها: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی 49 جانباز شیمیایی مبتلا به اختلالات تنفسی به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. سپس بیماران با روش تصادفی سازی در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. راهکارهای ذخیره انرژی در گروه آزمون به مدت یک ماه آموزش داده شد و بیماران این روش­ها را به مدت دو ماه در فعالیت­های روزمره خود به کار بستند. خستگی بیماران در هر دو گروه، قبل، بلافاصله بعد و یک ماه بعد از به کارگیری راهکارها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سنجش شدت خستگی بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی جانبازان در گروه کنترل، 9/60±57/32 سال و در گروه آزمون، 7/27±54/79 سال بود. دو گروه از نظر متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی، همگن بودند (0/05P).

نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته ­های پژوهش، به کارگیری راهکارهای ذخیره انرژی منجر به کاهش شدت خستگی جانبازان مبتلا به اختلالات تنفسی گردید. بنابراین این روش می­تواند به عنوان یک روش غیر دارویی و موثر در کنترل خستگی این گروه از بیماران پیشنهاد گردیده و به سهولت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
