بررسی عوامل زمینه ساز استقرار مدیریت دانش در سازمانهای بیمه‌گر: مطالعه موردی سازمان تامین اجتماعی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: مدیریت دانش یک استراتژی آگاهانه جهت به دست آوردن علم در زمان مناسب و کمک به افراد برای اشتراک­گذاری اطلاعات جهت بهبود عملکرد سازمانی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل زمینه ساز استقرار مدیریت دانش در سازمان تامین اجتماعی صورت گرفت.
روش­ها: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در سال 1395 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران و سرپرستان سازمان تامین اجتماعی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی منظم 114 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 6 بخشی مشتمل بر 25 سوال بوده که بخش اول آن اطلاعات دموگرافیک و 5 بخش بعدی شامل عوامل زمینه ساز فرهنگ سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی، تکنولوژی اطلاعات، استراتژی، رهبری و کارکنان بوده است.
یافته­ ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد فرهنگ سازمانی، کارکنان، فناوری اطلاعات، ساختار سازمانی، استراتژی و رهبری بر استقرار مدیریت دانش تاثیر دارند. طبق آزمون فریدمن، شاخص فرهنگ با 7/3 بیشترین و استراتژی و رهبری با 53/2 کمترین اولویت را در بین عوامل دارد.
نتیجه ­گیری: از آنجاکه عامل فرهنگ سازمانی و کارکنان بالاترین و استراتژی و رهبری کمترین اولویت را در بین زمینه سازهای مدیریت دانش داشت لذا مدیران و تصمیم­گیرندگان می‌توانند با ایجاد بسترهای لازم برای کارکنان به منظور اعتماد آفرینی در ارتباطات کاری، تقویت روحیه همکاری و مشارکت و انگیزه و همچنین تکیه بر مهارت آموزی کارکنان زمینه ای را برای توجه بیشتر به تبادل دانش در سازمان فراهم کنند.
