The validity of the tools was verified using content and face validity by qualitative method and convergent and divergent validity. The reliability of the instruments was measured by the internal consistency method by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability coefficients. Structural equation model and SPSS 24 and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between quantum leadership and organizational health (0.27) and happiness (0.86). The relationship between happiness and organizational health (0.72) is positive and significant and finally, there is a positive and significant relationship between quantum leadership and organizational health mediated by happiness (0.62).
