As a scientific-research publication, the Journal of Military Medicine (JMM) is committed to the long-term preservation of and permanent access to all articles published electronically in the journal. This policy has been formulated to ensure the preservation and longevity of scientific records and to safeguard the intellectual property rights of authors.
The archived content, comprising the final versions of all published articles, is maintained within the journal's system, ensuring permanent and immutable online access. The JMM commits to regularly backing up its electronic archive to ensure continued access to articles in the event of technical issues or a cessation of operations.
Authors may post the pre-print version of their article on pre-print repositories or ResearchGate; however, following the article's acceptance and publication in the JMM, they are expected to update the information and include a link to the published article.
It should be noted that all published articles are accessible via indexing databases.
