Because of high incidence risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases in this age group and considering that only 23.4% of individuals had proper physical activity, planning for developing and promoting enough equipments and facilities for increasing the physical activity level among personnel is very important. Taking in account that majority of subjects (82%), had low or moderate knowledge, planning educational programs for increasing the knowledge regarding the issue is also very important.
