راهکارهای استحکام بخشی به انسجام ملی بعد از جنگ رمضان با رویکرد شناختی

چکیده

انسجام ملی یعنی اینکه افراد جامعه، خود را متعلق به کلیتی به نام آن کشور بدانند و به ملیت خود افتخار کنند و برای حفظ آن تلاش کنند. در دنیای امروز، کشورهای استعماری غالباً نه از طریق حملات به مرزهای یک کشور بلکه با استفاده از روش­ها و  ابزارهایی که از قبل آن­ها را به عنوان بخشی از سبک زندگی در اختیار جوامع مورد هدف قرار داده اند، و به صورت آرام و بدون درگیری مشخص، باورها و هویت ملی جوامع را تغییر می­دهند و از افراد آن جامعه هویت جدید و مطلوب خود را می­سازند. در این هویت جدید افراد احساس خشم و نفرت از حاکمیت ملی خود پیدا می­کنند و شکاف­های بین آن­ها هر روز عمیق­تر می­شود تا جایی­که برای نابودی حاکمیت موجود دست به دامان همان رژیم­های استعماری می­شوند که هدفشان نابودی کشورشان است. این تجربه­ای است که در کشور ما اتفاق افتاد و نتیجه جنگ شناختی بود که در طی سال­ها در کشور ما توسط مجموعه­ ای از عوامل داخلی و خارجی به وقوع پیوست. اما بلوغ شناختی جامعه با شروع تجاوز علنی این رژیم­ها، با درک درست از هدف متخاصمین و تشخیص فریب آن­ها، بجای فروپاشی به سمت انسجام بیشتر پیش رفت. این انسجام ملی ما بود که باعث پیروزی در این تجاوز ناجوانمردانه شد. اما برای حفظ این انسجام، حاکمیت می­بایست گلوگاه­ های اصلی که دشمن توانسته بود با ورود بدان­ها گسست در جامعه ایجاد کند را ردیابی و برطرف کند. این مقاله سعی کرده است تا راهکارهای کلی برای مقابله با این جنگ شناختی با رویکرد شناختی در جهت تقویت انسجام ملی را در سه محور هویت ملی، اقتصاد و نهادهای انسجام بخش در کشور توضیح دهد.
