تاثیر مشارکت در فعالیت های بدنی بر فشار روانی ادراک شده، تاب آوری روان شناختی و امید به زندگی در شرایط جنگ رمضان.

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: شرایط جنگی یکی از شدیدترین بحران‌هایی است که سلامت روان افراد را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مشارکت در فعالیت‌های ورزشی و بدنی بر فشار روانی ادراک‌شده، تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی و امید به زندگی در شرایط جنگ رمضان انجام شد.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- علی مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری شامل افراد بزرگسال تحت تأثیر جنگ رمضان در شهر یزد بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 143 نفر (71 نفر فعال بدنی و 72 نفر غیرفعال) در دامنه سنی ۲۵ تا ۵۰ سال بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه استرس ادراک‌شده کوهن (PSS-14)، مقیاس تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی ون‌درمیر (RES) و مقیاس امید شنایدر بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های  لوین و t مستقل در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۵ تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد افراد فعال بدنی در مقایسه با افراد غیرفعال، سطوح پایین‌تری از فشار روانی ادراک‌شده (8/69 ± 28/08 در مقابل 9/95 ± 31/26) و سطوح بالاتری از تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی (6/54 ± 26/12 در مقابل 6/34 ± 22/50) و امید به زندگی (5/51 ± 41/88 در مقابل 6/94 ± 38/02) داشتند (0/01≥P).
نتیجه‌گیری: مشارکت منظم در فعالیت‌های ورزشی و بدنی می‌تواند به عنوان یک مداخله غیر دارویی، کم‌هزینه و مؤثر، فشار روانی ادراک‌شده را کاهش دهد، تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی را تقویت کند و امید به زندگی را افزایش دهد. بنابراین، گنجاندن برنامه‌های فعالیت بدنی در برنامه‌های حمایتی سلامت روان در شرایط بحران جنگی توصیه می‌شود.
