تجربه زیسته دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه تهران از تهدید محیط‌های آموزشی در جنگ رمضان ۱۴۰۴: تحلیل مضمون بازتابیِ ناامنی، گسست مدرسه‌ای و منابع مقابله‌ای

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: جنگ و تعطیلی مدارس می‌تواند هم‌زمان خطر مواجهه فیزیکی را کاهش دهد و دانش‌آموزان را از یکی از مهم‌ترین منابع امنیت روانی، تعلق اجتماعی و نظم روزمره محروم کند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین چگونگی تجربه و معناپردازی دانش‌آموزان تهرانی از تهدید محیط‌های آموزشی در جریان جنگ رمضان ۱۴۰۴ انجام شد.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه کیفی با تحلیل مضمون بازتابی و جهت‌گیری تجربه‌محور و زمینه‌گرایانه انجام شد. پانزده دانش‌آموز ۱۵ تا ۱۸ ساله دوره دوم متوسطه از هشت مدرسه در چهار منطقه تهران با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیق و مجازی در سامانه الوکام گردآوری و بر اساس فرایند شش‌مرحله‌ای براون و کلارک تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها به ۱۲۶ کد اولیه، ۲۵ زیرمضمون و هفت مضمون اصلی «گسست از زندگی عادی دانش‌آموزی»، «مدرسه به‌مثابه فضای تهدیدشده ذهنی»، «زندگی در وضعیت انتظار و نااطمینانی»، «فرسایش روانی ناشی از تهدید مداوم»، «پیامدهای آموزش مجازی طولانی‌مدت»، «راهبردهای مقابله‌ای» و «منابع تاب‌آوری» انجامید. تعطیلی مدارس با اختلال در روال زندگی، تضعیف تعلق مدرسه‌ای، نگرانی تحصیلی، اضطراب، اشتغال ذهنی، اختلال خواب، افت تمرکز و احساس انزوا همراه بود. در مقابل، دعا و توکل، گفت‌وگو با خانواده و دوستان، برنامه‌ریزی درسی، محدودکردن مواجهه با اخبار و حفظ روال روزانه، مهم‌ترین راهبردهای مقابله‌ای بودند؛ حمایت خانواده، معلمان و همسالان و امید به بازگشت شرایط عادی نیز به‌عنوان منابع تاب‌آوری عمل می‌کردند.
نتیجه‌گیری: جوهره تجربه مشارکت‌کنندگان «زیستن در تعلیق آموزشی و جست‌وجوی امنیت روانی در سایه تهدید» بود. تهدید محیط آموزشی صرفاً ادراک خطر فیزیکی نبود، بلکه از دست رفتن نظم، تعلق، هویت دانش‌آموزی و افق قابل پیش‌بینی آینده را نیز دربر می‌گرفت. برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی در بحران باید تداوم یادگیری را با حمایت روانی ـ اجتماعی، ارتباط منظم مدرسه و خانواده و بازسازی احساس امنیت و تعلق تلفیق کند.
