بهره‌گیری بهینه از رسانه در ارتقای سلامت شهروندان در شرایط جنگ‌شناختی (مطالعه جنگ رمضان)

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: جنگ‌شناختی رسانه‌ها را به میدان اصلی رقابت اطلاعاتی، عملیات روانی و نبرد روایت‌ها تبدیل کرده و سلامت شهروندان را در ابعاد جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی تحت‌تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. هدف این پژوهش، تبیین نقش رسانه در ارتقای سلامت چندبعدی شهروندان در بستر جنگ‌شناختی و ارائه مدلی مفهومی برای جنگ رمضان بود.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر کیفی اکتشافی با رویکرد تحلیل ثانویه انجام شد. پیکره داده‌ها شامل ۴۰ مقاله علمی داوری‌شده مرتبط با جنگ‌شناختی، ارتباطات بحران، سلامت و رسانه‌های دیجیتال بود که با جست‌وجوی هدفمند در پایگاه‌های تخصصی و عمومی و نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر غنای اطلاعات انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش شبکه‌های مضمونی آتراید - استرلینگ و نرم‌افزار MAXQDA انجام شد و معیارهای لینکلن و گوبا برای اعتبار، قابلیت اعتماد، تأییدپذیری و انتقال‌پذیری به کار گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل مضمون منجر به استخراج ۸۳ مضمون پایه، ۸ مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و ۴ مضمون فراگیر متناظر با سلامت جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی شد. در بُعد جسمی، رسانه هم‌زمان به اختلال خواب و افت عملکرد جسمی از طریق بمباران خبری و به تسهیل دسترسی به خدمات اورژانسی و تله‌مدیسین از طریق پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال مرتبط بود. در بُعد روانی، مواجهه رسانه‌ای با جنگ، ترومای ثانویه، وب‌گردی اضطراب آفرین و نشانه‌های PTSD را تشدید می‌کرد، درحالی‌که تنظیم هیجان و خودمراقبتی دیجیتال تاب‌آوری را تقویت می‌نمود. سلامت اجتماعی، دوگانه تخریب سرمایه اجتماعی و اعتماد عمومی از طریق اطلاعات نادرست و دیپ‌فیک، در برابر بازسازی انسجام از طریق ارتباطات بحران فراگیر و prebunking را برجسته کرد؛ در بُعد معنوی نیز رسانه می‌توانست مرجعیت دینی را تضعیف یا با بازنمایی ارزش‌های تمدنی و مناسک، سلامت معنوی را تقویت کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: رسانه در بستر جنگ‌شناختی کنشگری دوگانه دارد و در هر چهار بُعد سلامت، هم مسیرهای آسیب و هم مسیرهای حفاظت را فعال می‌کند. شبکه مضامین حاصل، مدلی مبتنی بر شواهد برای طراحی راهبردهای رسانه‌ای سلامت‌محور در شرایط جنگ و بحران فراهم می‌آورد.
