جنگ تحمیلی اخیر در ماه مبارک رمضان آغاز شد، زمانی که قدرتمندترین ارتشهای جهان با محوریت صهیونیستی- آمریکایی و با استفاده از پیشرفتهترین فناوریهای نظامی، به مردم ایران حمله کردند. حملات به مردم عادی نظیر کودکان مدرسه شجره میناب و زیرساختهای پزشکی از جمله بیمارستانها، درمانگاهها و مؤسسات مرتبط با تولید محصولات مورد نیاز نظام سلامت کشور، آشکار بود. این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی به معرفی رویههای سریع و مؤثر جهت جایگزینی محصولات و تجهیزات پزشکی با استفاده از فناوریهای همگرا، بهویژه نانوبیوتکنولوژی و پزشکی بازساختی، برای مدیریت پیامدهای پزشکی این جنگ میپردازد. توسعه زخم پوشهای مبتنی بر نانوالیاف طبیعی با خواص ضدمیکروبی برای تسریع بهبود جراحات جنگی و تروما؛ هیدروژلهای ترمیمی برای بازسازی آسیب های بافتی؛ و حسگرهای تشخیصی قابل کاشت در بدن برای یافتن سریع موقعیت مصدومان، از جمله مباحث این مطالعه هستند. همچنین رویکردهای مهندسی برای نانومواد و زیست مواد در محصولات پزشکی بازساختی را معرفی کرده و چارچوبهایی را برای پیشبرد شیوههای پزشکی نظامی برای درگیریهای آینده پیشنهاد میکند.
