جنگ رمضان و نقش حکمرانی اسلامی بر مدیریت منابع انسانی در حوزه سلامت

چکیده

جنگ‌ها علاوه بر پیامدهای نظامی، آثار عمیقی بر نظام سلامت و مدیریت منابع انسانی دارند. هدف این مقاله بررسی نقش اصول حکمرانی اسلامی در هدایت مدیریت منابع انسانی بخش سلامت در شرایط بحران و جنگ با تمرکز بر جنگ رمضان است. این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری ـ تحلیلی است که با استفاده از منابع علمی حوزه حکمرانی اسلامی، مدیریت منابع انسانی و مدیریت سلامت در شرایط بحران انجام شده است. اصول عدالت، شورا، امانت‌داری، پاسخگویی و مصلحت عمومی می‌توانند چارچوبی مؤثر برای جذب، نگهداشت، انگیزش و توزیع عادلانه نیروی انسانی سلامت فراهم آورند. همچنین این اصول به افزایش تاب‌آوری سازمانی، اعتماد عمومی و استمرار ارائه خدمات سلامت در شرایط جنگی کمک می‌کنند. حکمرانی اسلامی می‌تواند به عنوان یک چارچوب ارزشی و مدیریتی در ارتقای عملکرد منابع انسانی سلامت در شرایط بحران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. تلفیق این اصول با روش‌های نوین مدیریت منابع انسانی زمینه بهبود آمادگی و پاسخگویی نظام سلامت را فراهم می‌کند.
