بومی سازی شاخص های آمادگی جسمانی رسته های عملیاتی نیروهای نظامی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: آمادگی جسمانی بالا از ارکان اصلی موفقیت و بقای نیروهای عملیاتی به‌ویژه در محیط‌های چالش‌برانگیزی مانند دریا محسوب می‌شود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بومی­سازی شاخص­های آمادگی جسمانی در رزم رسته ­های عملیاتی تفنگدار نیروی دریایی، غواصی و عرشه-ناوبری در نیروی دریایی کشور ایران بود.
روش‌ها: نمونه آماری مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی حاضر شامل فرماندهان، نخبگان و مدیران تربیت بدنی رسته های عملیاتی نیروی دریایی با احراز معیارهای ورود مثل وجود سابقه شغلی بالا در سازمان، دارا بودن تحصیلات عالی در سطح ورزش، برخورداری از تجربه کافی در عرصه ­های مدیریتی در ورزش نیروی دریایی، دارا بودن تبحر در حیطه آمادگی جسمانی و در عرصه ورزشی و مربیگری بودند. ابتدا مطالعات مفصل و گسترده متون تخصصی در خصوص نیازسنجی توانایی ­های جسمانی در سازمان­ های نظامی و عملیاتی انجام، و سپس با استفاده از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه شاخص ­ها مورد بررسی  قرار گرفت. در بررسی نتایج از فرمول­ های کمی ­سازی روایی صوری و محتوایی (CVR و CVI) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که همه شاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی مورد بررسی از روایی صوری قابل‌قبولی در هر سه رسته نیروی دریایی برخوردارند. بر اساس روایی محتوایی نشان داد که نیازهای جسمانی هر رسته، الگوی منحصربه‌فردی دارد. به این ترتیب که: برای رسته تفنگدار نیروی دریایی، شاخص‌های استقامت عضلانی کمربند شانه‌ای، استقامت عضلات پایین‌تنه و هماهنگی حرکتی اولویت دارند. در رسته غواصی، توانایی حفظ شناوری برای مدت‌ طولانی در دریا و توان (قدرت-سرعت) مهم‌ترین شاخص‌ها هستند. برای رسته عرشه و ناوبری نیز استقامت عضلانی کمربند شانه‌ای، زمان عکس‌العمل و توانایی شناوری طولانی‌مدت، شاخص‌های کلیدی شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: هر رسته نیروی دریایی به شاخص­ های جسمانی و عملکردی ویژه­ای برخواردار است. این نتایج، مجموعه‌ای بومی و هدفمند از شاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی را برای آموزش و ارزیابی نیروهای هر رسته ارائه می‌کند.
