Methods: This research was an experimental study using a pretest and a posttest. The research sample consisted of 100 veterans suffering from war-related post-traumatic stress disorder. The subjects were randomly divided into four groups for the problem-solving method, the prolonged exposure method, a combination of both methods and a control group, each composed of 25 members. The study tool was the Bell adjustment inventory. Results: The results showed that the difference between all three methods in terms of general adjustment, and the subscales of home, work and social adjustments was significant (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Cognitive-behavioral therapy methods including problem solving, prolonged exposure and a combination of both methods are effective increasing adjustment in war disabled veterans suffering from PTSD. چکیده اهداف: این مطالعه با هدف، مقایسه اثربخشی سه روش درمان شناختی- رفتاری شامل؛ حل مسئله، مواجه سازی و روش ترکیبی (متشکل از دو روش حل مسئله و مواجه سازی به صورت تؤام) بر سازگاری کلی و ابعاد مختلف آن بر جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از ضربه انجام شده است. روش ها : نمونه ها شامل100جانباز مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از ضربه ناشی از جنگ،که با استفاده از یک طرح تجربی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون درسه گروه آزمایشی شامل: 1- حل مسئله 2- مواجه سازی 3- ترکیبی؛ و یک گروه شاهدبه طور تصادفی تقسیم شدند، و هریک از گروه ها 25 نفر عضو داشت. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه سازگاری بل بود. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد، تفاوت هر سه روش درمانی در سازگاری کلی و در زیر مقیاس های سازگاری درخانه، سازگاری شغلی و سازگاری اجتماعی، از نظر آماری در سطح (01/0>P) معنا دار بود. نتیجه گیری: روش های درمانی شناختی– رفتاری شامل: حل مسئله ، مواجه سازی و ترکیبی بر افزایش سازگاری جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از ضربه اثر بخش بود. . https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000492_03e2e2d850dd5cf92e3b0691c9392952.pdf
