The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of one session of resistance training with high and low intensities, while both restricting and not restricting the blood flow, on the levels of irisin and glycerol serum in trained male subjects. Methods: This quasi-experimental study with a cross-group design and repeated measurements, was designed to determine the effects of one session of high and low-intensity exercise, with and without the blood flow restriction, on the levels of irisin and glycerol serum. For this purpose, 10 trained male participants with the age of 25±1.75 year, fat percentage of 15.7±4.7, and weight of 76.75 ± 7.95 kg were randomly selected from the available subjects. The subjects performed four resistance training protocols in 48 hours. Training protocols included: high-intensity resistance training (%75 1RM) with blood flow restriction. High-intensity resistance training (%75 1RM) without blood flow restriction. Low-intensity resistance training (%30 1RM) with blood flow restriction. And finally low intensity resistance training (%30 1RM) without blood flow restriction. Subsequently, after performing each protocol, levels of irisin and glycerol serum were examined using the ELISA method. Data were analyzed using repeated measure ANOVA. Results: Although the changes in irisin levels were incremental, these changes were not significant. The changes in the level of glycerol, as a lipolysis level index, had significant changes due to different resistance training protocols (P < /i>≤0.05). There was also no significant relationship between irisin and glycerol secretion. Conclusion: It seems that resistance activities with high and low intensity, with and without blood flow restriction, have no significant effects on the regulatory mechanisms of white fat browning through irisin secretion in trained men, but it causes more lipolysis.}, keywords = {Resistance Exercise,Blood Flow Restriction,Irisin,Glycerol}, title_fa = {اثر یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی مقاومتی با شدت بالا و پایین، با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون بر سطوح سرمی آیریزین و گلیسرول مردان فعال}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: انجام فعالیت ورزشی با روش‌های مختلف می‌تواند اثرات متفاوتی بر بافت‌های بدن داشته باشد. هدف این پژوهش، اثر یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی مقاومتی با شدت بالا و پایین، با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون بر سطوح آیریزین و گلیسرول سرمی مردان فعال می‌باشد. روش‌ها: این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی با طرح گروهی متقاطع با اندازه‌گیری مکرر باهدف تعیین اثر یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی با شدت بالا و پایین، با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون بر سطوح سرمی آیریزین و گلیسرول مردان تمرین‌کرده انجام گرفت. بدین منظور از میان جامعه در دسترس 10 نفر مرد تمرین کرده با دامنه سنی 1/75±25 سال و درصد چربی 7/7±15/4 و وزن 75/95±76/7 کیلوگرم، به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. این افراد بافاصله‌ 48 ساعت پروتکل‌های مختلف شامل: فعالیت مقاومتی با شدت بالا (75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون و همین فعالیت با شدت پایین (30 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون را انجام دادند. سطوح سرمی آیریزین و گلیسرول با استفاده از روش الایزا بررسی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: اگرچه تغییرات در سطوح آیریزین به‌صورت افزایشی بود ولی این تغییرات معنادار نبود ولی میزان تغییرات سطوح گلیسرول به‌عنوان شاخص لیپولیز در اثر اعمال فعالیت‌های مقاومتی با روش‌های مختلف تفاوت معنا‌داری داشت (0/05P<). در ادامه بین ترشح آیریزین و گلیسرول ارتباط معنا‌داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد فعالیت‌های مقاومتی با شدت بالا و پایین، با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون بر سازوکارهای تنظیمی قهوه‌ای‌کنندگی چربی سفید از طریق ترشح آیریزین در مردان تمرینکرده تفاوتی باهم ندارد ولی باعث لیپولیز بیشتری می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {فعالیت ورزشی مقاومتی,محدودیت جریان خون,آیریزین,گلیسرول}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1001195.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1001195_914f93f7398301f55d55699299548f6e.pdf} }
