Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a special training protocol based on the physiological demands of the Police Station. Methods: The present study was conducted on 100 police officers of Rasht city who were working in 1997-96. First, heart rate, lactate, and Rating of Perceived Exertion scale 6-20 were measured at rest and then these variables were estimated during the mission of police officers. They performed three different circular training sessions on three different days and the correlation of heart rate, lactate, and Rating of Perceived Exertion with similar measured factors was assessed before and during the mission. The degree of correlation was examined by the Pearson correlation method. Results: Findings of this study showed that there is a high correlation between lactate levels, heart rate, and Rating of Perceived Exertion during training and mission (P≤0.01). Also, there was a correlation between lactate values, heart rate, and Rating of Perceived Exertion in the three types of circular training. (P≤0.01). Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the use of special police station exercises in a circular method can probably lead to their greater fitness to carry out the mission and face the dangers.}, keywords = {Special circular exercises,Physiological demands,Police station}, title_fa = {طراحی پروتکل تمرین ویژه بر اساس نیازهای فیزیولوژیک پلیس کلانتری}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: انجام تمرینات نظامی بدون در نظر گرفتن نیازهای ویژه فیزیولوژیکی موجب کاهش ارزش تمرین و ناتوانی در رسیدن به اهداف و نیز عدم موفقیت در آماده کردن افسران برای انجام وظایف شغلی میشود. بنابراین، هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی پروتکل تمرینی ویژه بر اساس نیازهای فیزیولوژیکی پلیس کلانتری بوده است. روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر بر روی 100 نفر از نیروهای پلیس کلانتری شهر رشت که در سال 9۶-۹۷ مشغول به کار بودند، انجام شد. ابتدا ضربان قلب و لاکتات و مقیاس درک فشار در حالت استراحت و سپس همین متغیرها حین ماموریت ماموران کلانتری اندازه‌گیری شد. این افراد سه جلسه تمرین دایره‌ای متفاوت را در سه روز مختلف انجام دادند و همبستگی ضربان قلب، اسید لاکتیک و مقیاس درک فشار آن‌ها با فاکتورهای اندازه‌گیری شده مشابه پیش و حین ماموریت یررسی شد. همچنین همبستگی سه پروتکل دایره‌ای نیز باهم مورد برسی قرار گرفت. از روش همستگی پیرسون برای بررسی ارتباط متغیرهای تحقیق استفاده شد (0/05≥P < /span>).  یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که  بین مقادیر لاکتات، ضربان قلب و مقیاس درک فشار در حین تمرین و ماموریت همبستگی بالایی وجود دارد (0/001P≤). همچنین بین مقادیر مقادیر لاکتات، ضربان قلب و مقیاس درک فشار در سه نوع تمرین دایره ای تدوین شده همبستگی بالایی وجود داشت (0/01P≤). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق میتوان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که، استفاده از تمرینات ویژه پلیس کلانتری با روش دایره‌ای احتمالا می‌تواند منجربه آمادگی بیشتر آنان برای انجام ماموریت و مواجهه با خطرات شود.}, keywords_fa = {تمرینات دایره ای ویژه,نیازهای فیزیولوژیک,پلیس کلانتری}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1001128.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1001128_4f8e0359b9619c2d54a5b381c8c38739.pdf} }
