Forward head and kyphosis are some of the complications of improper posture that can lead to back pain. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between forward head position and dorsal kyphosis with non-specific chronic low back pain in military mans. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 60 middle-aged military men aged were purposefully divided into two groups of 30 people with non-specific chronic low back pain and healthy (Age range: healthy 43.4 ± 10/10 years and low back pain 45.1 ± 6.6 years). Then, information related to dorsal kyphosis was collected with a kyphometer, range of motion of the back by goniometer, and forward head position using a body-vision device. Kolmogorov – Smirnov test was used for data normality and Independent t and chi-square tests were used for data analysis in Spss19 software with significant level (P <0.05). Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between forward head position in patients with chronic low back pain and without low back pain (P = 0.036). While there was no significant difference between kyphosis in people with chronic low back pain and without low back pain (P = 0.73). In the correlation study, it was found that there was no significant relationship between kyphosis and forward head in people with chronic back pain (P = 0.924) and healthy people (P = 0.062). The angle of range of motion of the lumbar spine was not significantly related to the angle of the thoracic kyphosis angle in patients with chronic low back pain (P = 0.088) and healthy individuals (P = 0.544). In addition, forward head position was not significantly associated with VAS in patients with chronic low back pain (P = 0.330), but a significant association between forward head position and VAS was confirmed in healthy subjects (P = 0.006). Conclusion: By examining the spine and examining neck pain in healthy military men, it is possible to detect postural changes and prevent chronic back pain. Postural evaluation also helps to correct any pain and abnormal condition of weak muscles by prescribing corrective exercises.}, keywords = {Forward head,Kyphosis,Non-specific chronic low back pain}, title_fa = {ارتباط بین وضعیت سر به جلو و کیفوز پشتی با کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی در مردان نظامی}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: پوسچر نامناسب بدن و اختلاف در زوایای ستون فقرات منجر به آسیب های ارتوپدی می شود. وضعیت سر به جلو و کیفوز از جمله عوارض ناشی از پوسچر نامناسب می باشد که می تواند به کمردرد ختم شوند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین وضعیت سر به جلو و کیفوز پشتی با کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی در مردان نظامی بود. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تحلیلی- مقطعی، 60 مرد نظامی میانسال به صورت در دسترس هدفمند به دو گروه 30 نفره دارای کمر درد مزمن غیر اختصاصی و سالم تقسیم شدند (با دامنه سنی:سالم 10/01 ± 43/4 سال و کمردرد 6/6 ± 45/1 سال). سپس اطلاعات مرتبط با کیفوز پشتی با کایفومتر، دامنه حرکات کمر به وسیله گونیامتر، وضعیت سر رو به جلو به کمک دستگاه بادی ویژن جمع آوری شد. برای طبیعی بودن توزیع داده‌ها از آزمون Kolmogorov–Smirnov و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون های Independent t و chi-square در نرم افزار SPSS 19 با سطح معنی‌داری استفاده گردید (0/05> P < /span>). یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین وضعیت سر روبه جلو در افراد با کمر درد مزمن و بدون کمر درد تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت (P = 0/036). در حالی که بین کیفوز در افراد با کمر درد مزمن و بدون کمردرد تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت (P = 0/73). در بررسی همبستگی نیز مشخص شد که بین کیفوز با سر رو به جلو در افراد با کمر درد مزمن (P = 0/0924) و افراد سالم (P = 0/062) ارتباط معنی داری وجود نداشت. میزان زاویه دامنه حرکت کمر ارتباط معنی داری با میزان زاویه کیفوز ناحیه توراسیک در افراد با کمر درد مزمن (P = 0/088) همچنین افراد سالم (P = 0/544) نداشت. علاوه بر این وضعیت سر به جلو ارتباط معنیداری با VAS در افراد با کمر درد مزمن نداشت (P = 0/330)، اما ارتباط معنی داری بین وضعیت سر به جلو با VAS در افراد سالم تایید شد (P = 0/006). نتیجه‌گیری: با معاینه ستون مهره و بررسی دردهای گردنی در مردان سالم نظامی می توان تغییرات وضعیتی را تشخیص داد و از ایجاد کمر دردهای مزمن جلوگیری کرد. همچنین ارزیابی پوسچر کمک می کند تا با تجویز ورزش های اصلاحی هرگونه درد و وضعیت غیرطبیعی عضلات ضعیف را اصلاح کنیم.}, keywords_fa = {سر رو به جلو,کیفوز,کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1001045.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1001045_250dbcef8b42edc963e8de4a2f2885d7.pdf} }
