This study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction on the quality of education and virtual education during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis in nursing students of Aja University of Medical Sciences in 2020. Methods: This cross-sectional study (descriptive-correlation) was conducted at the end of the second semester of 2019-2020. All Aja nursing students were selected by the census method and recruited in the study. Individual characteristics questionnaire, course experience questionnaire (CEQ), and e-learning satisfaction questionnaire were used to collect data. Results: More than 66% of students were satisfied with the quality of the training course. More than half of the students (56.3%) were relatively satisfied with virtual education. Among individual variables, only students' semester was considered as a predictor of satisfaction with the course (P <0001). There was no significant relationship between the dimensions and the CEQ score with students' academic achievement (P <0.05). All dimensions of the CEQ were significant predictors of students' satisfaction with the course (P <0.0001). Conclusion: Continuation of education in medical universities in the Covid-19 pandemic to train professional and empowered graduates to reduce the workload of hospitals is one of the main concerns of educational administrators. It is recommended to pay special attention to the quality of these training to introduce, identify and evaluate the experience of successful teaching-learning styles and start the cycle of modification and improvement of the training process even in the Covid-19 pandemic.}, keywords = {Covid-19,Education,Virtual,Nursing Student,Satisfaction,Pandemic}, title_fa = {بررسی رضایتمندی از کیفیت دوره تحصیلی و آموزش مجازی طی پاندمی کووید-19 در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آجا در نیمسال دوم 99-1398}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی در پاندمی کووید-19 با چالش های زیادی مواجه شده اند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آجا از کیفیت دوره تحصیلی و آموزش مجازی طی بحران پاندمی کووید-19 می باشد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی- همبستگی) در نیمسال دوم تحصیلی 99-1398 انجام شد. کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری آجا به روش سرشماری انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. فرم جمع آوری اطلاعات فردی، پرسشنامه های تجربه دوره تحصیلی و رضایت از آموزش الکترونیکی جهت جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: کیفیت دوره آموزشی از دید 66/2% دانشجویان رضایتبخش بود. میزان رضایت 56/3% دانشجویان از آموزش های مجازی در حد متوسط بود. از بین متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی، فقط ترم تحصیلی دانشجویان به عنوان متغیر پیش بینی کننده رضایت از دوره آموزشی محسوب می شد (0/0001> P < /span>). ارتباط معناداری بین ابعاد و نمره کل رضایت از دوره تحصیلی با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان دیده نشد (0/05< P < /span>). همه ابعاد پرسشنامه تجربه دوره تحصیلی پیش بینی کننده های معناداری بر رضایت دانشجویان از دوره تحصیلی بودند (0/0001> P < /span>). نتیجه‌گیری: تداوم آموزش در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی در دوره پاندمی کووید-19 در راستای تربیت دانش آموختگانی حرفه ای و توانمند جهت کاهش بارکاری بیمارستان ها یکی از دغدغه های اصلی مدیران آموزشی می باشد. توصیه می شود در بحران کووید 19 به کیفیت آموزش های مجازی و حضوری توجه ویژه ای شود تا بتوان تجربه سبک های موفق یاددهی-یادگیری را معرفی، مشخص و ارزشیابی نمود و آغازگر چرخه اصلاح و بهبود فرایند آموزش حتی در پاندمی کووید-19 شد.    }, keywords_fa = {کووید-19,آموزش,مجازی,دانشجوی پرستاری,رضایت,پاندمی}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1001044.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1001044_325688f42d50d3764d7ad99507b0ef86.pdf} }
