The circadian Rhythm (CR) through the created internal “clock” is responsible for regulating the daily performance of different organs of the body. The central body clock is the key factor to creating and maintaining this CR. External optical cues and non-optical environmental indications (Zeitgeber), including optical stimuli, eating time, environmental temperature and exercise, are able to influence and regulate the CR. During military activities, there is always an innate conflict between the body's internal clock and military working programs. There are also many reports about sleep disorders and malnutrition in military forces. The long-term desynchronization of physiological processes with CR may lead to impaired physical, physiological, metabolic, mental and cognitive functions of military personnel. In addition to the impact of CR on physiological systems, the priority of the special time of day or night for activities is also another important factor to be considered. The preferential difference of activity time (known as ‘chronotypes’) is referred to in different physiological rhythm, including physical performance and response to sports activity. Better performance and muscular fatigue during exercise during the evening can be justified through higher central temperatures, catecholamine concentrations, lactate levels, and biological markers of muscle damage. However, considering the interaction between the time of day (TOD) and the impact of physical activity on the response of biochemical parameters, the CR of these parameters in the military force is not fully defined during physical activity. Designing suitable sport interventional strategies to improve short/long-term military health is a key issue in promoting metabolic health. Putatively, correct timing of exercise bouts might ameliorate some deleterious results of acute and chronic shift work.}, keywords = {Circadian rhythms,Central clock,Physical performance,Military forces}, title_fa = {تاثیرات ریتم شبانه روزی بر عملکرد جسمانی و فیزیولوژیکی نیروهای نظامی- مروری روایتی}, abstract_fa = {جایزه نوبل پزشکی سال 2017 به دانشمندان کشف کننده ساعت بیولوژیکی اعطا شد که نشاندهنده اهمیت این پدیده در حیات موجودات زنده است. ریتم شبانه روزی (CR) از طریق ساعتهای درونی ایجاد شده، مسئول تنظیم عملکرد روزانه اندامهای مختلف بدن میباشد. ساعت مرکزی بدن عامل کلیدی ایجاد و حفظ این ریتم شبانهروزی است. نشانه های نوری خارجی و نشانه های محیطی غیر نوری که علائم تنظیم کننده زمانی (Zeitgeber) نامیده میشوند، از جمله محرک نوری، زمان غذاخوردن، دمای محیطی و فعالیت ورزشی قادر به تاثیرگذاری و تنظیم ریتم شبانه روزی هستند. در طی فعالیتهای نظامی، همواره یک تعارض ذاتی بین ساعت درونی بدن و برنامه های کاری نظامی وجود دارد. گزارشهای زیادی نیز در مورد اختلالات خواب و سوءتغذیه نیز در نیروهای نظامی وجود دارد. عدم تطابق بلندمدت فرایندهای فیزیولوژیکی با ریتمهای شبانهروزی میتواند به اختلال در عملکرد جسمانی، فیزیولوژیکی، متابولیکی و ذهنی و شناختی پرسنل نظامی منجر شود. علاوه بر تاثیر ریتمهای شبانهروزی بر سیستمهای فیزیولوژیک، اولویت داشتن زمانهای خاص روز یا شب برای فعالیت نیز عامل مهم دیگری است که باید در نظر گرفته شود. تفاوت ترجیحی زمان فعالیت که (کرنوتایپ) نامیده میشود میتواند در ریتمهای فیزیولوژیکی مختلف از جمله عملکرد جسمانی و پاسخ به فعالیت ورزشی تفاوت ایجاد کند. عملکرد بهتر و خستگی عضلانی در طی فعالیت ورزشی در عصر هنگام میتواند از طریق دمای مرکزی بالاتر، غلظت کاتکولامینها، سطوح لاکتات و مارکرهای بیولوژیکی آسیب عضله توجیه شود. با این حال، با توجه به تعامل بین زمان انجام فعالیت در روز (TOD) و تاثیر فعالیتهای جسمانی بر پاسخ پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی، ریتم شبانهروزی این پارامترها در نیروی نظامی هنگام فعالیتهای جسمانی به طور کامل مشخص نمیباشد. طراحی استراتژیهای مداخلهای ورزشی مناسب بهبود کوتاه/بلندمدت سلامت نیروهای نظامی موضوعی کلیدی در ارتقاء سلامت متابولیک آنهااست. زمانبندی مناسب فعالیتهای ورزشی میتواند برخی نتایج زیان آور فعالیتهای کاری شیفتی نظامی رااز بین ببرد.}, keywords_fa = {ریتم شبانه روزی,ساعت مرکزی بدن,عملکرد جسمانی,نیروهای نظامی}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000912.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000912_00618d15661419bd46926cb619b40cb6.pdf} }
