The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of bilateral tDCS on depression, anxiety and rumination of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Methods: This was a double-blind interventional study with pretest – posttest design and one month follow-up. This study was carried out in 2018 with statistical population of PTSD patients from Tehran, Iran. In this study 20 patients with PTSD symptoms were selected using convenience sampling and randomly divided to interventional (n=10) and control groups (n=10). The interventional group received real 2.0 mA tDCS over dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) lasting 20 min in 10 sessions and the control group received sham tDCS. Structured Clinical Interview, the Beck Depression and Anxiety Inventory and Nolen-Hoeksema Ruminative Response Scale were used in pretest, posttest and follow-up.  Results: Patients demonstrated significant reduction of depression and anxiety symptoms in the interventional group compared to the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups in rumination at post-test but there were no significant differences between the interventional and control groups in rumination at follow-up. Conclusion: tDCS improved depressive and anxiety symptoms in patients with PTSD. However, there was no significant reduction in rumination at follow-up course. Further studies may determine optimal stimulation parameters for maximal mood benefit in patients with PTSD.}, keywords = {Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS),Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD),depression,Rumination}, title_fa = {اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی جریان مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای مغز (tDCS) بر افسردگی، اضطراب و نشخوار فکری بیماران مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از ضربه (PTSD)}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: تحریک الکتریکی جریان مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ایی (tDCS) امروزه به عنوان یک درمان برای اختلال‌های روانی استفاده می‌شود. هدف این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی tDCS دوجانبه بر افسردگی، اضطراب و نشخوار فکری بیماران مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از ضربه (PTSD) بود. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مداخله ای دوسوکور، با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری یک ماهه بود. این پژوهش در جامعه بیماران مبتلا به PTSD شهر تهران در سال 1397 اجرا شد. در این مطالعه 20 بیمار مبتلا به PTSD از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (10 نفر) و گروه کنترل (10 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه 20 دقیقه‌ایی tDCS را با شدت 2 میلی‌آمپر در قشر پیش‌پیشانی پشتی‌جانبی (DLPFC) دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل نیز تحریک ساختگی را دریافت کردند. در مطالعه حاضر مصاحبه ساختاریافته بالینی، پرسشنامه افسردگی و اضطراب بک و مقیاس نشخوار فکری نولن-هوکسما در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش بیشتری در نشانه‌های افسردگی و اضطراب نشان دادند. همچنین تفاوت بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل در نشخوار فکری در مرحله پس‌آزمون معنادار بود اما بین دو گروه در نشخوار فکری در مرحله پیگیری تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: tDCS نشانه‌های افسردگی و اضطراب بیماران مبتلا به PTSD را بهبود می‌بخشد، اما کاهش معناداری در نشخوار فکری در مرحله پیگیری رخ نداد. بنابراین، به مطالعات بیشتری برای تعیین پارامترهای بهینه تحریک به منظور بهبودی حداکثری خلق بیماران مبتلا به PTSD نیاز است.}, keywords_fa = {تحریک الکتریکی جریان مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ایی (tDCS),اختلال استرس پس از ضربه (PTSD),افسردگی,نشخوار فکری}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000901.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000901_91e1d9a430da7a7a070d126f39432607.pdf} }
