The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of resiliency training in reducing stress and self-injury and increasing the resiliency of soldiers. Methods: This study was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group waiting for treatment in 2018. The statistical population consisted of 20 soldiers referred to the 505 Army Hospital in Tehran who were selected by convenience sampling and were assigned into two groups of 10 (experimental and control). The experimental group received resilience training in 10 sessions of 90 minutes, while the control group received no intervention. The instruments used in this study were Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSS), Clonensky Self-Reporting Inventory and Conner Resilience Questionnaire (ISAS) and Davidson (CD-RIS). Multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS software version 24 were used for data analysis. Results: The mean age of the soldiers in the experimental and control groups was 20.6±2.3 and 20.4±1.5 years, respectively, and the mean length of military service was 5.3±2.5 and 7.7±4.1 months, respectively. Resiliency training program significantly reduced stress (98%) and self-injury (91%) in soldiers in the intervention group and significantly increased resilience (98%) (p <0.01). Conclusion: Resiliency training seems to be effective in improving stress and self-harm syndrome and resilience in soldiers and it can be used in garrison settings.}, keywords = {Resiliency Training,Stress,Self-injury,soldier}, title_fa = {اثربخشی آموزش تاب‌آوری در کاهش استرس و اقدام به خودزنی سربازان، در شهر تهران در سال 1397}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: سربازی دوران پر استرسی است که احتمال خودزنی در آن وجود دارد، از این رو بررسی راه های کاهش آن ضروری است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تاب‌آوری در کاهش استرس و اقدام به خودزنی و افزایش تاب‌آوری سربازان می‌باشد. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمه‌آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل در انتظار درمان در سال 1397 انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 20 نفر از سربازان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان 505 ارتش در شهر تهران بود که به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند و در 2 گروه 10 نفری (آزمایش و کنترل) تخصیص یافتند. گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای تحت آموزش تاب آوری قرار گرفت، در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های استرس ادارک شده (PSS)، پرسشنامه خودگزارشی خودزنی کلونسکی و تاب‌آوری کانر (ISAS) و دیویدسون (CD-RIS) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین سن سربازان در گروه آزمایش و کنترل به ترتیب 2/3±20/6 و 1/5±20/4 سال و میانگین طول مدت خدمت سربازی به ترتیب 2/5±5/3 و 4/1±6/7 ماه بود. برنامه آموزش تاب‌آوری به طور معنا‌داری استرس (98%) و اقدام به خودزنی (91%) را در سربازان گروه مداخله کاهش و تاب‌آوری را بطور معنی داری (98%) افزایش داد (0.001>p). نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر میرسد آموزش تاب‌آوری در بهبود نشانگان استرس و اقدام به خودزنی و تاب‌آوری در سربازان موثر میباشد و میتوان از آن در محیط های پادگانی استفاده نمود.}, keywords_fa = {آموزش‌تاب‌آوری,استرس,خودزنی,سرباز}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000869.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000869_cb3fcc86e882b0bf884e39820dd0849c.pdf} }
