Teamwork is an important element in assuring patient safety and quality of care. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between missed nursing care and teamwork. Methods: This study includes 196 nurses from 11 care units, including intensive, general, rehabilitation, and medical-surgical care units in a military hospital in Tehran. Sampling was done using the census method. Data were collected using standard questionnaires formissed nursing care and teamwork. Results: Regarding nurses, average teamwork among nurses and the average amount of missed nursing care is significantly different in intensive, general, rehabilitation, and medical-surgical care units (P < 0.05). The results of correlation analysis indicate that there is a reverse significant relationship among missed nursing care with teamwork and its subscales– including mutual trust, team orientation, backup, shared mental models, and team leadership (P < 0.05). The estimated regression, considering the personality traits of the nurses, indicates that in effective teamwork explains 12.6% of missed nursing care. Additionally, with more teamwork, the less missed nursing care is reported. Conclusion: The results of this study show that care units require investment to increase teamwork among nurses. When there is more teamwork, less missed nursing care has been reported.}, keywords = {Missed Nursing Care,Teamwork,Military Hospital}, title_fa = {رابطه کار گروهی با مراقبت های پرستاری از دست رفته در یک بیمارستان نظامی در شهر تهران}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: مراقبت‌های از دست رفته پرستاری یک مشکل جدی در بخش‌های مراقبتی بیمارستان است. کار گروهی نیز عنصر با اهمیتی در ایجاد ایمنی بیمار و کیفیت مراقبت مناسب است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین مراقبت‌های از دست رفته پرستاری و کار گروهی می‌پردازد. روش‌ها: جامعه مورد بررسی شامل 196 پرستار از 11 بخش مراقبتی، از قبیل بخش‌های مراقبت‌های ویژه، عمومی، توانبخشی و جراحی در یک بیمارستان نظامی در شهر تهران است. نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری صورت گرفته است. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مراقبت‌های پرستاری از دست رفته و کار گروهی جمع آوری گردید. یافته‌ها: میانگین کار گروهی بین پرستاران و میانگین مراقبت‌های از دست رفته پرستاری در بخش‌های مراقبت‌های ویژه، عمومی، توانبخشی و جراحی از نظر پرستاران به طور معنی‌دار متفاوت هستند (05/0 >P). نتایج حاصل از آزمون همبستگی بیانگر وجود رابطه معنی‌دار معکوس (05/0 >P) بین کار گروهی و مؤلفه‌های آن شامل اعتماد متقابل، جهت‌گیری تیم، پشتیبانی از سایر اعضای تیم، اشتراک مدل‌های ذهنی و رهبری تیم با مراقبت‌های از دست رفته پرستاری است. برآورد رگرسیون نیز با در نظر گرفتن ویژگی‌های شخصیتی پرستاران نشان می‌دهد که کار گروهی به تنهایی برابر با کل ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی مورد نظر در کارکنان با نسبت 6/12 درصد از مراقبت‌های از دست رفته پرستاری را توضیح می‌دهد و با افزایش کار گروهی بین پرستاران میزان مراقبت‌های از دست رفته پرستاری کاهش می‌یابد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که بخش‌های مراقبتی نیاز به سرمایه‌گذاری در روش‌های افزایش کار گروهی بین پرستاران دارد. به طوری که زمانی که کار گروهی بیشتر است، مراقبت از دست رفته پرستاری کمتری گزارش شده است.}, keywords_fa = {مراقبت های از دست رفته پرستاری,کار گروهی,بیمارستان نظامی}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000802.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000802_2cc1dce2287cf206027c96a4b7c6f775.pdf} }
