However this has been ignored in some working environments. The aim of the present study was to develop a questionnaire for assessing safety climate among nurses. Methods: Using relevant literature, a pool of questions was drafted. Content validity of questions was assessed using the content validity index (CVI) and content validity ratio (CVR). Then, the questions were distributed among nurses with at least three months of experiences from several hospitals in Tehran, Iran, during the summer of 2017. The completed questionnaires were divided into two datasets: the first was used for exploratory factor analysis, and the second for confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The effects of safety climate dimensions on safety performance were assessed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. Results: A total of 273 nurses (41 males and 232 females) participated in the study. Most of these nurses had work experience of one to five years and ranged from 25 to 30 years of age. The final questionnaire contained 19 questions and the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) revealed four dimensions; management commitment to safety; supportive environment; safety training; and perceived work pressure. The structure was confirmed to be acceptable by the following confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) (Chi-square/df=1.01, RMSEA: 0.018, TLI: 0.993, and IFI: 0.994). Supportive environment and management commitment to safety were rated as the two dimensions with the highest effects on the safety performance of nurses in hospitals. Conclusion: The management commitment to safety, supportive environment, safety training, and perceived work pressure were the main dimensions of safety climate in hospitals. Management commitment to safety and supportive environment were the best predictors of safety performance of nurses in hospitals.}, keywords = {Accident Prevention,Safety Management,Wounds and Injuries,Nurses}, title_fa = {طراحی و اعتبار بخشی پرسشنامه‌ای جهت سنجش جو ایمنی پرستاران}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: جوایمنی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین فاکتورهای پیش‌بینی کننده حوادث در محیط‌های شغلی معرفی شده که در مراکز درمانی تا حدود زیادی نادیده گرفته شده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر طراحی پرسشنامه‌ای جهت سنجش جو ایمنی پرستاران می‌باشد. روش‌ها: با استفاده از منابع موجود، مخزنی از سؤالات فراهم گردید. روایی محتوایی سؤالات با استفاده از شاخص‌های نسبت روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوا سنجیده شد. سپس سؤالات با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس در تابستان سال 1396 در جامعه هدف (پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های تهران با حداقل سه ماه تجربه کاری) توزیع گردید. سپس دادههای جمعآوری شده به دو دسته تقسیم شدند. دسته اول جهت تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و دسته دوم جهت تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: بطور کلی 273 پرستار شامل 41 مرد و 232 زن در این مطالعه شرکت نمودند. بیشتر این پرستاران دارای سابقه کاری یک تا پنج سال و در محدوده سنی 25 تا 30 سال قرار داشتند. پرسشنامه نهایی حاوی 19 سؤال بوده و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، چهار بعد از آن استخراج گردید که عبارت‌اند بودند از؛ تعهد مدیریت، محیط حمایتی، آموزش ایمنی و فشار کاری درک شده توسط فرد. ساختار این چهار بعد توسط تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد پذیرش قرار گرفت (مقدار  برابر با 01/1، مقدار RMSEA برابر با 018/0، مقدار TLI برابر با 993/0 و مقدار IFI برابر با 994/0). همچنین، محیط حمایتی و تعهد مدیریت به ایمنی بهترین پیش بینی کننده های عملکرد ایمنی بودهاند. نتیجه‌گیری: تعهد مدیریت، محیط حمایتی، آموزش ایمنی و فشار کاری درک شده مهمترین ابعاد جو ایمنی در بیمارستان ها می باشند. محیط حمایتی و تعهد مدیریت به ایمنی مهمترین فاکتورهای پیش بینی کننده عملکرد ایمنی پرستاران می باشند.}, keywords_fa = {پیشگیری از حادثه,مدیریت ایمنی,آسیب ها و زخم ها,پرستاران}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000774.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000774_095c3d31650029b6815d535b2699f8d4.pdf} }
