Some of these side effects include productivity reduction, clients’ dissatisfaction, loss of motivation among personnel, increase of absenteeism and displacement them. The purpose of this study was to predict organizational procrastination and life satisfaction according to job burnout and years of career. Methods: This study was a cross sectional research. The statistic population included all the military personnel who were in the military during this study. A hundred people were selected randomly. Data gathering was done by a procrastination questionnaire (Safarinia & Amirkhanirazlighi), life satisfaction (SWSL) (Diener, Emmon  &Larsen) questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire (Maslach). Results: Results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between procrastination and job burnout. There was a significant negative relationship between procrastination and years of career, but there wasn’t a significant relationship among life satisfaction with job burnout and years of career. Regression analysis also showed that the factors of the years of career and job burnout can predict 0/245 of the variance of procrastination. Conclusion: According to the results, we can say that with increasing the years of career, the amount of procrastination will decrease .Normally, with the rise of the years of career in the military, people who live in military environments become more consistent and their procrastination will decrease. This is while at the beginning of careers, due to inconsistency, as well as further activities of the individual, they prefer to escape from their responsibilities.}, keywords = {Procrastination,Life Satisfaction,Job Burnout,Years of Career}, title_fa = {پیش بینی اهمال کاری سازمانی و رضایت از زندگی بر اساس فرسودگی شغلی و سابقه خدمت}, abstract_fa = {اهداف: اهمال کاری عوارض منفی و نامطلوبی در سازمان بر جای می گذارد که کاهش بهره وری، نارضایتی مراجعان، کاهش انگیزه کارکنان و افزایش غیبت و جابه جایی از جمله آنهاست. هدف از این پژوهش پیش بینی اهمال کاری بر اساس فرسودگی شغلی و سابقه خدمتی در بین کارکنان یک یگان نظامی بوده است. روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع مقطعی و جامعه پژوهش کلیه نیروهای رسمی شاغل در یک یگان خدمتی بودند که به روش تصادفی 100 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه  انتخاب شدند. داده ها توسط سه پرسشنامه  اهمال کاری (صفاری نیا و رازلیقی)، رضایت از زندگی (داینر، امون و لارسن) و فرسودگی شغلی (مسلش) گردآوری شد. یافته‌ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین اهمال کاری و فرسودگی شغلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین اهمال کاری و سابقه خدمتی نیز رابطه منفی معنادار وجود داشت، اما بین رضایت از زندگی با فرسودگی شغلی و سابقه خدمت رابطه معناداری مشاهده نگردید. همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که فرسودگی شغلی و سابقه خدمت 245/0 واریانس مربوط به اهمال کاری را تبیین می کنند.    نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می توان اظهار داشت هر چقدر فرد از نظر سابقه خدمتی پیشرفت می کند میزان اهمال کاری وی کمتر می شود. شاید یکی از دلایل این امر این باشد که بطور معمول در یگانهای نظامی با افزایش سابقه، فرد با محیط نظامی سازگاری بیشتری می یابد و کمتر به اهمال کاری روی می آورد در حالی که در ابتدای خدمت به دلیل عدم سازگاری و همچنین حجم بیشتر فعالیتها فرد ترجیح می دهد از زیر بار مسئولیت فرار نماید.  }, keywords_fa = {اهمال کاری,رضایت از زندگی,فرسودگی شغلی,سابقه خدمت}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000606.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000606_04c1347ceb2900610268370444f2ee72.pdf} }
