Methods For this purpose, 10 karate-ka from a military training center in Iran voluntarily participated in the study and periodically competed in two tables of minus 68 kg, height equivalent to 168.8±4.4 cm, BMI equivalent to 21.72±1.01 kg/m2 and minus 78 kg, height equivalent to 172.8±7.25 cm, BMI equivalent to 22.85±1.76 kg/m2. Each of them participated in 4 competitions in a day by the official competition. Blood samples were taken 24 hours before and after the competition and were assessed in specialized laboratories. T-test, ANOVA with repeated measures and Tukey’s test were used for comparison of means before and after the test. Results: The results showed that 24 hours after the period, serum Creatine Kinase level in total of both groups 145.75% significantly increased (P=0.012) and lactate Dehydrogenase enzyme level showed 66.5% non-significant increment (P=0.124). On the other hand, C3 and C4 components of the complement system levels showed 15.75% and 24.5%, respectively, non-significant decrease in total of both groups (P=0.104 and P=0.138, respectively). Conclusion: One day after doing a semi-official karate (kumite) tournament, signs of muscle damage are seen, which are probably due to the mechanical stress caused by repeated strikes. However, further follow-up is needed to obtain clearer results.}, keywords = {Karate,Kumite,Complement System,Creatine Kinase,Lactate Dehydrogenase}, title_fa = {اثر یک دوره مسابقه کاراته بر شاخص‏‌های التهاب و آسیب بافت عضلانی در سربازان کاراته‏‌کا}, abstract_fa = {اهداف: هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اثر حاد چهار مسابقه کاراته بر سطوح سرمی آنزیم کراتین‏‌کیناز، لاکتات دهیدروژناز و اجزاء C3 و C4 سیستم کمپلمان در سربازان کاراته‏‌کا می‏‌باشد. روش‏‌ها: بدین منظور 10 کاراته‏‌کا از یکی از مراکز آموزش نظامی ایران به‏‌صورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و در دو جدول منهای 68 کیلوگرم با قد معادل 40/4± 8/168 سانتی‏‌متر و BMI معادل 01/1± 72/21 کیلوگرم بر مجذور قد، منهای 78 کیلوگرم با قد معادل 25/7± 8/172 سانتی‏‌متر و BMI معادل 76/1± 85/22 کیلوگرم بر مجذور قد، به‏‌صورت دوره‏‌ای به رقابت پرداختند و هر کدام در یک روز 4 مسابقه به روش مسابقات رسمی برگزار کردند. نمونه‏‌های خونی 24 ساعت قبل و بعد از مسابقات گرفته شد و در آزمایشگاه تخصصی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. برای مقایسه میانگین‏‌ها در مراحل قبل و بعد، از آزمون‏‌های آماری t وابسته، آنالیز واریانس با اندازه گیری‏‌های مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد. یافته‏‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که سطوح سرمی آنزیم کراتین‏‌کیناز در مجموع هر دو گروه 75/145 درصد افزایش معنی‏‌دار (012/0P=) و آنزیم لاکتات دهیدروژناز در مجموع هر دو گروه 5/66 درصد افزایش غیر معنی‏‌دار (124/0P=) نشان داد. درحالی‏‌که اجزاء C3 و C4 سیستم کمپلمان در مجموع هر دو گروه به ترتیب 75/15 و 5/24 درصد کاهش غیر معنی‏‌دار (به ترتیب: 104/0P= و 138/0P=) پیدا کردند. نتیجه‏‌گیری: به نظر می‏‏‌رسد یک روز پس از انجام چهار مسابقه کاراته (سبک کومیته)‏‌، نشانه‏‌هایی از آسیب عضلانی در سربازان بروز می‏‌کند که احتمالاً به دلیل استرس مکانیکی ناشی از ضربات متوالی است. البته برای کسب نتایج روشن‏‌تر به پیگیری‏‌های بیشتری نیاز است.}, keywords_fa = {کاراته,کومیته,سیستم کمپلمان,کراتین‏‌کیناز,لاکتات دهیدروژناز}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000597.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000597_8f9bfabe3d01221f2e4778af11387418.pdf} }
