Application of nuclear technology is developed in various fields such as industry, basic and medical sciences. So that, the nuclear incidents and nuclear injuries is inevitable. In this report, educational needs of hospital personnel for effective medical management and response to nuclear injuries are investigated. Material and Methods. In this investigation, the educational needs of six hospitals were studied by using of designed questionnaire. 137 of volunteer responders among hospital managers, medical emergency department, nuclear medicine and radiology sections were participated in this study.Results. In an actual nuclear event, key hospital personnel including responders in this study would be called on to focus medical responses. Unfortunately, the obtained results showed that they did not pass suitable courses and training for responding to nuclear injuries. Also, based on this result, in some fields such as personnel protection and medical syndrome of ionization radiation the information of responders were acceptable, but some other fields such as medical management protocols for nuclear injuries, radiation detectors and biodosimetry, their knowledge were insufficient.Conclusion. Because of deployment of nuclear technology, training and preparing of hospital personnel for medical management and response to nuclear injuries is necessary. Notwithstanding some shortcomings, because of enthusiastic and scientific background among responders, creation and development of preparedness among responders is completely conceivable.}, keywords = {NuclearInjuries,Medical Education,Medical Response}, title_fa = {بررسی نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان بهداشت و درمان برای مقابله پزشکی موثر با مصدومیت‌های هسته‌ای}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه. استفاده از فن‌آوری هسته‌ای در زمینه‌های مختلف صنعتی، علوم پایه و پزشکی در طی سالیان اخیر گسترش یافته است. به همین دلیل احتمال وقوع حوادث هسته‌ای و مصدومین ناشی از آن واقعیتی اجتناب ناپذیر است. در این گزارش نیازهای آموزشی برای کسب و ارتقای آمادگی‌های لازم برای امداد و درمان مصدومین هسته‌ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مواد و روش ها. در این بررسی نیازهای آموزشی شش بیمارستان و مرکز درمانی با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. شرکت کنندگان در طرح به تعداد 137 نفر و به صورت داوطلبانه از بین پرستاران، پزشکان عمومی و مدیران اجرایی شاغل در بخش‌های‌ اورژانس، پزشکی هسته‌ای و رادیولوژی انتخاب شدند. نتایج. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می‌دهد که در دوره تحصیلی شرکت کنندگان در طرح، واحدهای درسی که به طور خاص به ویژ‌گی‌های مصدومین هسته‌ای ارتباط داشته باشد، پیش بینی نشده است. با این حال ‌06/94% از شرکت کنندگان با سندرم‌های پرتوگیری و 30/98% آنها با منابع پرتوگیری انسان آشنایی داشتند. همچنین در بعضی از زمینه‌ها همچون روش‌های حفاظت فردی شرکت کنندگان از اطلاعات مناسبی برخوردار بودند. در حالی که در بعضی از موارد دیگر همچون میزان آشنایی با پروتکل‌های درمانی، تجهیزات آشکارسازی پرتوهای یونیزان و بیودوزیمتری کمتر آشنایی داشتند. علاوه بر این 5/80% از شرکت کنندگان در طرح معتقد بودند که با گذراندن دوره‌های آموزشی مناسب می‌توانند به طور موثری در درمان مصدومین یک حادثه هسته‌ای مشارکت داشته باشند. نتیجه گیری. با توجه به گسترش استفاده صلح آمیز از فن‌آوری هسته‌ای و سیاست بومی سازی آن در کشور، کادر سازی برای امداد و درمان مصدومین هسته‌ای ضرورت دارد. علی رغم وجود بعضی از کاستی‌های آموزشی و تجهیزاتی، وجود زمینه‌های علمی مناسب و علاقمندی شخصی زیاد، ایجاد و ارتقای آمادگی‌های لازم در بین شرکت کنندگان در طرح، با ایجاد دوره‌های آموزشی ضمن خدمت بخوبی امکان پذیر است.}, keywords_fa = {مصدومین هسته‌ای,نیازهای آموزشی,کسب آمادگی,مقابله پزشکی موثر}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000333.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000333_cc60fa576d4d15fb3d782ce5d3e894f6.pdf} }
