Regarding the type of missions, personnel of Islamic Revolution Corps (Sepah) are at risk of physical and mental stress and evaluation of health status among them is necessary to improve their performance. Methods. This is a pilot survey of 232 personnel from five forces of Sepah. Health related information from past to present was collected via history taking and physical and laboratory examinations. Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 11.5 (SPSS® Inc.) with significance level of 0.05.Results. Mean age (±SD) was 34.1±6 years (91.1% male). 63.5% had education level above bachelors and 16.8% had some degrees of war disability. There was history of at least one type of chronic disease in 13.3% of subjects and hepatitis B, meningitis and tetanus vaccination coverage rates were 47%, 45.3% and 78.8% respectively. About 58.6% of subjects had complaint of at least on medical condition that the most important were: respiratory complaint (28.9%) psychoneurologic complaint (28.4%). In physical examination 44.4% had at least one positive sign that are mostly related to skin, eye, nose and musculoskeletal disorders. Conclusion. results of this pilot survey and available evidences shows that military personnel suffer from wide range of health problems and proper health management may result in improved performance among them. Thus we suggest comprehensive monitoring of health items and risk factors within all Sepah personnel. }, keywords = {Health Monitoring,Military Personnel,Medical History,Clinical Investigations}, title_fa = {بررسی وضعیت سلامت جسمی کارکنان سپاه پاسداران در سطح شهر تهران}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه. سلامت نیروهای نظامی به‌عنوان یک گروه جمعیتی ویژه همواره مورد توجه بوده است و به‌دلیل عدم انتشار جامع اطلاعات آنها، یافته‌های کمی در مورد بررسی سلامت آنها وجود دارد. نیروهای سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی نیز به‌خاطر نوع مأموریت و فعالیت، استرس‌های جسمی و روانی مختلفی را متحمل می‌شوند و برای حفظ و ارتقای کارآیی آنها بررسی وضع سلامت در آنها از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. مواد و روش کار. این مطالعه به صورت پیمایش آزمایشی ( pilot survey ) بر روی 232 نفر از نیروهای پنج‌گانه سپاه انجام شد. اطلاعات مرتبط با سلامت در گذشته و حال از طریق مصاحبه بالینی و معاینه فیزیکی و آزمایشات پاراکلینیکی جمع‌آوری شدند و با استفاده از شاخص‌های توصیفی، توسط نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS و با در نظر گرفتن سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج. میانگین سنی افراد ( ± SD ) 6 ± 1/34 سال بود و 1/91 درصد آنان مرد بودند. 5/63 درصد افراد دارای تحصیلات کارشناسی و بالاتر و 8/16 درصد افراد دارای درجاتی از جانبازی بودند. سابقه بیماری مزمن قبلی در 3/13 درصد افراد مشاهده شد. میزان پوشش واکسیناسیون هپاتیت، مننژیت و کزاز در این افراد به ترتیب 47 درصد، 3/45 درصد و 8/78 درصد بود. در مجموع 6/58 درصد افراد انواع مختلفی از شکایات بالینی را مطرح می‌کردند که عمده‌ترین آنها شامل مشکلات تنفسی (9/28 درصد) و اعصاب و روان (4/28 درصد) بود. در معاینات فیزیکی 4/44 درصد افراد دارای حداقل یک نکته مثبت بیماری بودندکه بیشترین موارد مربوط به بیماری‌های پوستی، چشمی، بینی و مفصلی بود. بحث. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که نیروهای نظامی در معرض ابتلا به انواع مشکلات سلامتی هستند که توجه به آنها و مدیریت مناسب سلامتی باعث ارتقای کارکرد آنها می‌گردد، لذا توصیه می‌شود، پایش سطح سلامت و عوامل خطر در سطح کلیه نیروهای سپاه به صورت جامع و مستمر اجرا گردد. }, keywords_fa = {پایش سلامت,نیروهای نظامی,سابقه پزشکی,معاینات بالینی}, url = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000027.html}, eprint = {https://militarymedj.bmsu.ac.ir/article_1000027_af164a02ad53b9a9e1ffc7fa53c081a0.pdf} }
